BERGER, Emile, MA (McGill)MD, FRCS(C), FACS MSc, (McGill), LMCC, CSPQ, Dipl. Neurosurgery (McGill), HCol. RCAF Reserve, Flight Surgeon. Peacefully surrounded by his loving family after a short illness on Friday, May 20, 2005. Beloved husband and best friend of Ruth. Devoted father and father-in-law of Claire and Alvin (Fagen), David and Anik (Poulin). Cherished "Opapa" of Erica, Danielle and Benjamin; Nathan, Julien, Marion and Domenik. He will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, countless colleagues, patients and friends. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and orderlies of the Jewish General Hospital for their loving kindness. Funeral service took place from Paperman and Sons, 3888 Jean Talon W. on Monday, May 23. Burial at Congregation Shaar Hashomayim Cemetery, Mt. Royal Blvd. Shiva at 27 Banstead, Montreal West.
