OBITUARY GEORGE SAVVIDES 1930-2005 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of George Savvides on May 21, 2005 at the age of seventy-five. Beloved husband of Viola, caring father of Stefanos and Pietro (Maria). Devoted grandfather to Viola. Brother of Costa (Maria), Eleni (Socrates), Nicolas (Meli) and the late Haralambos (late Edeltraught). He will be dearly missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives and many friends. The family will receive condolences on Tuesday, May 24 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at 1255 Beaumont, T.M.R. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 26 at 11 a.m. at St. Georges Cathedral, 2455 Cote Ste. Catherine followed by burial at Mount Royal Cemetery.
