USTIANYK, Stephen Michael Passed away in Ottawa hospital on Friday, May 20, 2005 at the young age of 47. Special loving friend of Donna Duffy. Loving son of Gerald and the late Roslyn Ustianyk. Father of Ashley, Skyla and Kyle. Brother of Nadine (John Warren). Uncle of Nadia and Jerry Warren.
