HOLST, Michael Mark Teacher-Algonquin College Born in 1946 in Denmark, passed away, with family by his side, Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre after many years of living with Huntington's Disease. He will be sadly missed by his caring and loving wife, Diane Chevalier, his much beloved son, Marc, his mother Sussi and her companion Sandy, his younger brother Emil and his wife Alice, his nephew Peter and nieces Sue Ellen, Kristina and Farrah, as well as by many friends. He is predeceased by his father Mark Johannes and his brother Peter. A special thank you to the staff and caregivers at the Perley-Rideau who have brought high quality care, humour and comfort to Michael through the years of illness. Friends may pay respects at the Perley and Rideau Veterans Health Centre, 1750 Russell Road, Ottawa, Tuesday, May 31, 2005 after 10 a.m. Funeral Service Tuesday in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Golden Lake, Ontario at 3 p.m. In memoriam, donations to the Huntington Society of Canada, 151 Frederick Street, Suite 400, Kitchener, Ontario, N2H 2M2 or to a charity of your choice appreciated.
