SIMPSON, G. Stewart In hospital, Ottawa on Saturday, May 28, 2005 G. Stewart Simpson (retired R.C.A.F., retired Statistics Canada, long time volunteer Canadian War Museum). Cherished husband of Gwen (Campbell) Simpson, he will be sadly missed by their daughters Sylvia (Shane Sheil) Simpson and her daughter Rachel, Danielle (Jeff) Weickert and Roberta (Joe) Desjardine and their children Robert & Lilly, sons Gregory (Nancy) and their daughters Sarah and Lisa and Paul (Elizabeth) and their children Lucretia and David, his great-granddaughter Olivia, sister Gwen McDonald, all his family and many good friends. Friends may pay their respects at the Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Road, Ottawa Tuesday, May 31st from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held in St. Michaels & All Angels Church, 2112 Bel Air Drive, Ottawa, Wednesday June 1st at 11 a.m. followed by a reception. The interment will follow in the Clyde Forks Cemetery, Clyde Forks, Wednesday at 3 p.m. Those wishing are asked to consider memorial donations to the Shepherds of Good Hope or a fund of choice.
