MERRITT, Robert Daniel (Dan), Dan went home to be with his Lord, surrounded by his family, at the Hamilton General Hospital, in his 84th year on Tuesday, May 17, 2005. Dan is survived by his loving wife Eileen, his sons Kenneth (Thea), Bruce (Margar et) and Ralph (Sonja), step children Susan Dodgson (Dave), Dorothy Davies (John), Ruth Smith (Don), Catherine Good (Dave), Bill Horne (Julie), 32 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Dan was predeceased by his first wife Freda Griffin (1973). Br other to O'Reilly, Sidney, the late Frank (1980), Lorena and Mary. Due to family out of the country, friends may call at Calvary Gospel Church, 4129 Hixon Street, Beamsville on Monday, May 23 from 2-4 p.m.7-9 p.m. and on Tuesday, May 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at Calvary Gospel Church on Saturday, May 28, 2005 at 11 a.m. Private family interment at Kimbo Cemetery.
