Dave, beloved husband of Maria "Theresa" Kershaw (nee Andaya). Loving father of Michael, Kevin and Cindy and step father of Cynthia Lugay (Bhong), Michael Atienza (Lorette), Willy Atienza (Carrice), and Alexander Atienza. Cherished grandfather of David, Nonie Mae, Angelica, Kyle, and Chrysantha. Dear brother of Ron, Peter, Bill, and Paul. He will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.
