Joy M. MacDonald Joy M. MacDonald, 55, of Moncton went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at The Moncton Hospital following a courageous two year battle with cancer. Born at Hotel Dieu Hospital, Chatham, she was the second daughter of Robert and Alice (Jensen) MacDonald. Joy was employed with Boyd Dixon Financial Services from May 1, 2000 to July 31, 2003 when she retired due to her sickness. Joy is survived by her parents, Robert and Alice (Jensen) MacDonald, Moncton; sisters, Karen (Henry), Calhoun, Tari (Dipak), Phoenix, Vonda (Bob), Calgary, Roberta, Miramichi. She is survived by ten nieces and nephews, Tania, Jeremy, Joel, Jonathan, Michael, Andrew, Alison, Natalie, Alex and Katie; four great nephews and nieces, Craig, Andrea, Brendan and Reghan. Visitation at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) Friday 7 to 9. Funeral service at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, Saturday, July 4, 2005, 11am, Rev. Paul Black officiating, assisted by Rev. Howard Holmes. Reception following the service. Interment, St. Stephens United Church Cemetery, Black River Bridge.
