Mildred "Millie" Lorna Smith November 10, 1922 - June 02, 2005 Funeral arrangements by L. G. Wallace Funeral Home With much sadness, the children of Millie Smith announce her passing at home on June 2, 2005, in her 84th year. Predeceased by her husband Norman (1993). Dearly loved mother of David and Darlene of Burlington, Rick and Kay of Brantford and Norma and Joel of Ottawa. Cherished grandmother of Kelly, Scott, Jay, Megan, Tina, Connie and great-grandmother of Amanda, Jessica and Nicole. The family will be forever grateful for the special friendship of neighbours May Bell and Millie Opara and to Dr. Rob Roy and Sue for the many years of special care given to our Mom. The family will receive friends at the L.G. WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 151 Ottawa Street North (905-544-1147) on Sunday, June 5, 2005 from 2-4 p.m. Cremation to follow. A private family interment will take place at a later date. In Millie's memory, expressions of sympathy may be made to a charity of your choice.
