Mrs. Margaret Rose Turcotte (née Ervine) August 18, 1941 - June 03, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Burke Funeral Home TURCOTTE, MARGARET ROSE entered into rest peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Friday, June 3rd, 2005 in her 64th year. A teacher with the Hastings & Prince Edward Roman Catholic Separate School Board for 35 years, Margaret nurtured, encouraged and valued each child she met. A model of courage and conviction, she fought many battles with grace and dignity and she proudly lived life on her own terms. Those who have been touched by her generosity, loyalty, strength, love and friendship are better people for having known her. Predeceased by her parents Frederick Ervine and Helena Masterson of Belleville, she will be deeply missed by her daughter Amy Lynne Doyle (Patrick) and her brother Claire Ervine (Rhoda) both of Belleville. Beloved grandmother to Graham and Ryan, dear aunt of Craig Ervine, Steven Clinkinboomer and Teresa Simmons, great aunt to Torrin. She will be greatly missed by her closest friends Sheila, Elaine, Jeanne and Hilary, and many other friends. Friends are invited to call at the BURKE FUNERAL HOME (968-6968) 150 Church St., Belleville from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 07, 2005. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday June 08, 2005 at 10:00 am Interment to follow. Memorial donations to Spinal Cord Research would be appreciated by the family.
