John Tulipan July 03, 1913 - June 06, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Regina Funeral Home TULIPAN – John was born on July 3, 1913 in South Bend, Indiana and passed away on June 6, 2005 in Saskatoon, SK. John leaves to cherish his memory, daughter Janet (Eric) Anderson of North Battleford; son Garry (Elly) Tulipan of Ottawa; grandchildren: Tanya and Kim Tulipan, Nathan (Debi) Anderson, Guy (Susan) Anderson and Joan Anderson; great grandchildren: Iraleigh, Kelti, Cordell and Joel. John was predeceased by his wife Susan; parents Nicholas and Julia; brother Nick and by his sister Julia. John was born in Indiana. He returned with his parents to Hungary and then immigrated to Canada in 1927 where he settled in the Lestock area and farmed until 1973. John and his wife retired from farming and moved to Regina. John later moved to North Battleford in 2001 due to health issues. A MEMORIAL SERVICE will be held at the Regina Funeral Home, Hwy #1 East, Regina, SK on Thursday, June 9, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory may be made to the Saskatchewan Abilities Council, 825 McDonald Street, Regina, SK S4N 2X5 or to the Allan Blair Cancer Center, 4101 Dewdney Ave., Regina, SK S4T 7T1.
