Elgey G. Loring Elgey G. Loring, 76, of Lakeview Manor, and formerly of Randall Drive, Riverview passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Friday, June 10, 2005. Born in Springfield, PE, daughter of the late Rev. Wallace and Caroline (Dodge) Loring. Elgey received her early education at North Port, NS and Marysville, NB, and was a graduate of Fredericton High School. She received her Laboratory Technologist Training at the Ottawa Civic Hospital and worked in Bermuda, Ontario and Alberta before coming to the Blood Bank at The Moncton Hospital, where she retired with 30 years service. Elgey is survived by her brother, George (Betty), Niagara Falls, ON; one sister, Ferne Johnson (Gates), Perry, ME; special niece, Ivie Avery, of Perry ME; several other nieces, nephews; and her many friends. Besides her parents, predeceased by her brothers, Wallace "Berry", Ivan and Ross. No visitation by request. A Celebration of Elgey's life will be held at Ferguson Knowles Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (8581995), Tuesday, June 14, 2005, 1:30pm, Liz Wall officiating. Reception following the service. Interment, United Church Cemetery, Marysville.
