Mrs. Yvonne Jean Chapman July 04, 1926 - June 11, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Campbell's Funeral Home Yvonne Jean Chapman age 78, passed away at Ocean View Manor in Eastern Passage, N.S. on Saturday, June 11, 2005. She had been a live long resident of Amherst, N.S. until moving to Ocean View Manor a year ago. Ynonne is survived by sisters Louise (Ralph) Beal and Marlene Cormier both of Dartmouth, N.S. and a brother Dr. Ron (Cynthia) Cormier of Glace Bay, N.S. as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Clarence and Anzelica Cormier, brothers Ervil, William, Reginald and Raymond. The family expresses their thanks and gratitude to friends and staff of Ocean View Manor for the wonderful care that Yvonne received while a resident. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at Campbell's Funeral Home, (667-9906) 98 Church St., Amherst on Monday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at 10 a.m. from St. Charles Roman Catholic Church, Amherst with Father Vernon Driscoll officiating.
