CHOVAN, Maria Passed away peacefully at Leamington Hospital on January 12, 2005. Age 89 years. Beloved wife of the late John (1998). Loving mother of Caslav Chovan and wife Otilia, Croatia; Kathy Papov and husband Michael, Australia; Bozena Brych and husband William, Cleveland, Ohio; Elena Ruyz, Windsor; John Chovan and wife Susan, Ruthven; Martha Markovic and husband George, Windsor. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sister Kathy Hrelo, Croatia; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Chovan was a member of Kingsville Slovak Baptist Church. Resting at the C. Stuart Sykes Funeral Home, 91 Division St.S., Kingsville from 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Funeral Service from the funeral home Friday, January 14, at 11 a.m. Rev. Vladimin Canji and Rev. Michael Canji officiating. Interment in Greenhill Cemetery, Kingsville.
