KENNEDY, Edith Lillian (nee Ellis) A late resident of Essex passed away peacefully at the Windsor Regional Hospital- Metropolitan Campus on January 13, 2005 at the age of 92. Beloved wife of the Late Henry Kennedy (1979). Cherished mother to Garnet and Barb Kennedy, Bernice and Bill Bridgen Jr., Irene and Bob Vickery, Son-in-law Paul Duckworth, Shirley and Glen Pedwell, Bill Kennedy and Loretta Hyland , Mary Atkins and Ed Vollans, James and Linda Kennedy, Donald and Marilyn Kennedy. Predeceased by her daughter Marie Duckworth. Proud grand-mother to numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sisters Violet Kendrick, Ella Curtis. Visiting at the Stewart L. Kennedy Funeral Home 128 Talbot St. N. Essex on Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service to be held in the funeral home Tuesday January 18, 2005 at 10 a.m. Rev. Doreen Canavan officiating. Interment in Northridge Cemetery. In kindness, memorial donations to the Essex Chapter of the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
