DOUGHERTY Theresa (Terry) Marie Born on October 13, 1926 and passed away January 17, 2005 at the age of 78. Predeceased by her loving husband Gord (1995). Beloved mother to Dolores Hamlin and her husband Barry, Darlene Firr and her husband Tom, and Janice Cantelo and her husband John. Dear grandmother to Teejay and Shunta, Tammy and Mike, Travis and Jackie, Tina and Greg, Justin, Jenny. Caring great grandmother to Hailey, Paige, Aiden. She is survived by her siblings Bob and Lucy Bedard, Sarah and Walter Gulko, and many nieces and nephews. She is also predeceased by numerous brothers and sisters. Theresa retired from I.O.D.E. Hospital after 32 years as a Nurse's Aid in Chronic Care. She was a member of the Bowlero "Double 7s" and was a die-hard fan of the Windsor Spitfires. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-9pm Thursday January 20, 2005. The funeral service will be held Friday January 21, 2005 at 11am at the Janisse Bros-Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave, (253-5225) followed by cremation. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a charity of your choice. A tree will be planted in memory of Theresa Dougherty in the Janisse Bros-Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
