STUEBING, Mona (Nye) Born January 19, 1919, passed away quietly on January 25, 2005, at the home of her granddaughter Sely Helbling in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Survived by her daughter Carol Nelson, Coeur d'Alene, ID and daughter-in-law Diana Stuebing, Windsor. Predeceased by her parents Emma (1973) and Giles Nye (1966), sons Wayne (1984) and Ronald (1999). Predeceased by all her siblings, Gladys Wigle (1999), Emma Boon (1984), Albert (1993), William (1993), John (1964), Elizabeth Golden (1999), Louis (1986), Lynwood (1984) and Robert (2003). Special grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, predeceased by grandson Chris (2000). She will be sadly missed by her surviving sisters-in-law, Virginia Nye, Phyllis Nye and Maureen Nye, as well as her nieces and nephews. Funeral Service Wednesday, February 2, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherst-burg, Ontario (736-2134). Burial immediately following at Rose Hill Cemetery, Amherstburg. Published in the Windsor Star on 1/29/2005.
