DICARLO, Donato Born June 1, 1908, in Roccamorice, Pescara, Italy. Passed away peacefully on January 29, 2005, at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital, at the age of 96 years. Reunited with his loving wife Grazietta (1993). Loving father of Santino & wife Concetta DiCarlo, Nicoletta & husband Remo Mancini, Angelina & husband Joe Dinunzio, Frank & wife Rosalie DiCarlo, Joe & wife Annette DiCarlo, Jesse & wife Denise DiCarlo, Albert & wife Jan DiCarlo, Antoinette & husband Leonard Diotte, Rose & husband Garnet Wright, Tony & wife Teresa DiCarlo, Lucy & husband Rocco Parete. Dearest Tatone of 30 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Dearest brother of the predeceased Rosaria & husband Antonio Barbetta, Antonio & wife Lucia DiCarlo, Maria & husband Antonio Pietrangelo, Domenica & husband Fioravante Conte, Antoinette & husband Alfonso Conte, Concetta & husband Rocco Rosati, and Guiseppe & wife Antoinetta DiCarlo. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Mr. DiCarlo was a member of the Verdi Club and also the Verdi Club Senior Citizens. Donato was a retiree from Allied Chemical 31 years ago. Visitation at the JAMES H. SUTTON FUNERAL HOME, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherst-burg (736-2134), was Sunday 7-9 p.m. and will continue on Monday 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. with Parish prayers at 8 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, February 1, 2005, at 10 a.m. from the funeral home to St. John The Baptist Church for Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. John The Baptist Cemetery. As your expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Charity of Your Choice. A tree will be planted in memory of Donato DiCarlo in the Sutton Heritage Forest.
