Robert Terras GAVIN

GAVIN, Robert Terras in his 93rd year, at London Health Sciences Centre, South Street Campus, on Feb. 26, 2005. Beloved husband of Daisy (Harris) Gavin for 60 years. Loving father of Gary (Laura) Gavin, Barbara Gavin, and grandfather of Brent Gavin and Tammy Gavin (1979). Preceased by siblings Bert Gavin and Grace Colby. Bob was an army veteran in World War II. He was a master plumber, zone planning officer for the Emergency Meausures Organization, and first aid instructor at the Aylmer Police College. Visitation will be at Needham Funeral Home, 520 Dundas Street, London, Ont. (519-434-9141), from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 on Monday, Feb. 28. Legion service will be at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, March 1, at Needham's, followed by interment at St. Peter's Cemetery. Bob will be sadly missed by many friends and relatives. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff and volunteers of Parkwood Hospital, Western Counties Wing, and London Health Sciences Centre, South Street Campus, for their excellent care and support.
