Joan PIKE

PIKE Joan 90 years, passed away peacefully with family by her side, on March 4, 2005, at Heron Terrace. Formerly of Toronto and Leamington. Beloved wife of the late William (1983). Loving mother of Barry Pike and wife Noella, and Wayne Pike and friend Sharon. Dear grandmother to Kimberly and husband John Chandler, Christa and husband John Caruana, Lisa Fiorindi, Allison and husband Robert Sladic; and great-grandmother to Jessica and Cara Chandler, Kristina, Lori, Sara, Daniella and Vincent Caruana, Caterina and Luca Fiorindi. Dear sister to Elsie McConachie and the late Dorothy Matthews. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Joan was a member of the Windsor Senior Citizens Club. A special thanks to the staff at Central Park Lodge, Heron Terrace, and Muggsy Soulliere. Cemation has taken place and a family service to celebrate Joan's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel (735-2830). In kindness, memorial donations to the C.N.I.B. or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted in memory of Joan Pike in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
