NOLAN, Esther Passed away peacefully March 9, 2005 with family by her side at W.R. Hospital-Western Campus at the age of 64. Beloved wife of Garrie. Loving mother of Leslie Nolan, Garrie Nolan Jr. and wife Helen. Proud grandmother of Kaylee, Alexa. Predeceased by parents Cyrus and Gladys VanDyke. Dear sister of Helen Johnson, Imogene Shreve and husband Ian, Joyce Harris and husband Whitney, Lanson VanDyke and wife Annette and predeceased by sisters Anna Sims and Jacqueline VanDyke. Survived by brothers-in-law Robert Sims and Wilbur Nolan (Jimmy) and wife Loretta and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends will be received at the Morris Sutton Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 68 Giles Blvd. E. on Thursday, March 10 from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. and Friday 2-4. Visitation will continue at Harrison Memorial Church (810 Mercer) from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service Saturday, March 11, at 11 a.m. Bishop Lionel Riley officiating. Interment Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In kindness, donations may be made to Harrison Memorial Church. A tree will be planted in memory of Esther Nolan in the Morris Sutton Heritage Forest.
