STONE, Donald L. (Stoney) On March 9, 2005 at 72 years of age. Predeceased by his parents Russell Stone and Adelaide (Campeau) and his dear sister Shirley Banks. Survived by his beloved wife of 50 years, Peggy (nee Wilson). Dear brother of Elaine and husband Robert Paterson and brother-in-law of Adrienne Wilson. Wonderful father of Todd and his wife Celia and Sunni McDonald. Very loving grandfather of Whitney, Kayla, Liam and Hannah. Special papa to Jennet and Semra. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Don was retired from Chrysler Canada after 35 years of service and was a proud member of C.A.W. Local 444. He also served for five years with the Royal Canadian Navy. Recently Don was a crossing guard for school children, as well as being a volunteer with the Goodfellows. Family will receive friends at the Morris Sutton Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 68 Giles Blvd. E. on Sunday, from 2-6 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held in the chapel on Monday, march 14 at 2 p.m. with Major Laurence Wilson officiating. Following cremation interment of ashes at Victoria Memorial Gardens. In kindness memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetse Association or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
