COX - John Hugh (Jack) - On March 13, 2005 at Kingston General Hospital in his 73rd year after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be sadly missed by his wife Dorothy (nee Williams) of 49 years, son Peter (Sue) Cox of Lethbridge, Alberta; daughter Shelley (Mark) Giardino of Peterborough, his five loving grandchildren Rachelia, Chantelle and Matthew Giardino of Peterborough and Erik and Anni Cox of Lethbridge, Alberta. He will be sadly missed and survived by his brothers Frank, Gordon, and Don Cox and many fond nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Audrey Douglas. Former National Grocers Cash and Carry employee and in retirement, golfing Marshall at Heron's Landing as well as overseeing the Mount Gardens at Mt. St. Joseph's. A visitation will be held at the HIGHLAND PARK VISITATION/RECEPTION CENTRE (2510 Bensfort Road, at River Road South, 745-6984) on Friday, March 18, 2005 from 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service in celebration of his life. Reception will follow the service. Many thanks to the caring staff at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Toronto Western Hospital Nero Unit and Kingston General Hospital.
