BRISCO, Roy ( George Royston) March 17, 2005, Went home to be with his loving Lord at 93 years of age. Born in Peterborough, Ontario on July 30th, 1911. Beloved husband of 64 wonderful years to Lenora (nee Thomson). In recent years they resided in Amherstburg. Survived by his sisters-in-law Mildred Campbell of Komoka, Ontario and Marjorie Marr of White Rock, British Columbia. He will be sorely missed by his nephew that was like a son to him, Morris (Mo) Thomson and wife Elaine of Amherstburg. Along with numerous nieces and nephews and several grand nieces and grand nephews. Roy was retired from the Ford Motor Company after 35 years of dedicated service. He had a special love for the game of baseball until the end. The family extends appreciation and thanks to the CCAC and nursing staff of Windsor Regional Hospital for their tender care. Visitation at the Walter D. Kelly Funeral Home, 1969 Wyandotte St.E., on Monday, March 21st, 2005 from 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. A service will be conducted immediately following visitation in the funeral home chapel.
