SCOTCHER, Ethel (Marfleet) - Peacefully on March 29, 2005 after a lengthy battle, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre at the age of 79 years. Ethel was born January 14, 1926 in Stoke-on-trent, England. Dear wife of Bill with whom she celebrated 54 years of marriage on March 24, 2005. Loving mother of Geraldine, Judith (David Black) and Jennifer (Bill Leahy). Proud and much loved Nana of 7 grandchildren Christopher, Rosemary, Claire, Jessica, Jonathan, Billy and Trevor. Pre deceased by brothers Dick, Jack, Cyril and sister Martha "Pat". Ethel was loved and liked by relatives, friends and all who new her. Friends are invited to attend a visitation/reception gathering between the time of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2005, at the HIGHLAND PARK VISITATION /RECEPTION CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Road. at River Road South, Peterborough.
