Henry Jack Hank UNGER

UNGER, Henry Jack "Hank" 86 years, on Friday, April 1, 2005 at Windsor Western Hospital. Husband of the late Helen Cornies Unger (1983) and survived by his wife of 20 years, Caryl Unger. Dear father of Ronald Unger (Ayr) and his wife Peggy and Brenda Perkins (Mississauga) and partner Phil Francis. Stepfather of Scott Finley (Victoria) and his partner Grace Oh and Jeff Finley (London) and his wife Sasha. Grandfather of David, Tyler and wife Kara and Alexandra Unger, Claire and Aiden Finley. Dear brother of Mary Regehr (Winnipeg) and her husband John, Herman Unger (Abbotsford) and his wife Irene. Predeceased by sister Anne Oleniuk and brothers Jack, Dave, Herb and Ron. Hank was a graduate of Ford Trade School and worked in Ford Management at the Windsor Engine Plant and in San Paolo, Brazil. He served in the Royal Canadian Navy on Corvettes providing escort duty in the North Atlantic during WWII. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (326-2631) on Monday 7-9 p.m. Memorial Service to celebrate Hank's life at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 1 p.m. Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Town of Leamington "Replant Our Streets".
