VENTURA, Domenico Passed away peacefully with his family by his side on April 13, 2005 at the age of 71. Loving and devoted husband for 45 years to Annamaria. Loving and caring father to Lina Ventura and James Kaput, Maria and Mario Papalia, and Danny Ventura and friend Sonya D'Hoore. Dear nonno to Letizia Papalia and fiancee Ryan Stellnberger, and Gianfranco Papalia. Predeceased by his precious granddaughter Laura Maria. Loving son of the late Donatantonio & Angiolina Ventura. Loving son-in-law to the late Antonio D'Alimonte. Survived by mother-in-law Angiolina D'Alimonte (Luxembourg). Dear brother to Anna and husband George Palumbo. Dear brother-in-law to Lina and husband Guy Georg (Luxembourg). Dear uncle to Danny Palumbo (Amherstburg), Deborah, and Tony (Luxembourg). At Domenico's request cremation has taken place with a private family interment. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 16, 2005 at the James H. Sutton Funeral Home, 401 Sandwich St. S., Amherstburg from 11:30am until time of Memorial Service at 1pm. Mr. Jay Coventrey officiating. In kindness memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimers Society. A tree will be planted in memory of Domenico in the Sutton Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005.
