McCABE, W. James D.V.M. (Retired Veterinarian with the Canadian Department of Agriculture) - Peacefully at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital, after a lengthy illness, on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, Dr. W. James McCabe, Wasaga Beach, formerly of Bolton in his 85th year, beloved husband of the late Marion Marshall. Dear father of Dianne McCabe, Stratford; Ellen and her husband John Seddon, Peterborough and predeceased by William. Cherished Poppa of Lynsey & Courtney Seddon, Elizabeth and her husband Chris McMurray. Loving great Grandpa of Alexander. Dear brother of Mrs. Blanche Young and predeceased by Mrs. Ruth Lockwood. Dear uncle of Allison & Bill. Jim will be sadly missed by his good friends and neighbours in Wasaga Beach and Collingwood. The family will receive their friends at the Egan Funeral Home, 203 Queen Street S. (Hwy 50), Bolton (905-857-2213) Saturday, April 16, from one o'clock until time of funeral service in the chapel at 2 o'clock. Interment Laurel Hill Cemetery, Bolton.
