POJE, Barbara 90 years. Passed away peacefully at the Victoria General Hospital, Victoria, B.C., Saturday, April 16, 2005 with her family by her side. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 59 years, Cvetko (1992). Beloved mother of son Joseph (Michelle) and late wife Jacqueline, daughter Josiana (Marko). Beloved grandma to Joey, Niki (Nives), Tanja, Christine and Patricia (Gilles). Dear great-grandmother to Valerie (Maxime), Nathalie and Alexander. She also leaves behind her cousin Kata (Windsor) her nieces and nephews in Germany, France, Croatia and United States, her special Kuma's Ana, Tona, Martinko (Christina) and family, Helen, Vinko and families, Joso, Helen and family, her special Windsor neighbours, Rudy, Margie, Russ and Mary-Ann, her faithful companion, little terrier "Toby" and her many friends in Windsor and Victoria. Barbara was a loving devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Never stopping for a moment, she enjoyed making crafts, sewing for her friends and different causes, gardening, baking and driving. Her interests and friends were many and varied. She loved people and life. She will be deeply missed but always with us in our hearts. Biti ce nam tesko bez tebe ali ces uvjek biti u nasima srcima. Volimo te svi. Funeral Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Church, (Croatian Parish) 1701 Turner Rd., @ 9am on Saturday, April 23, 2005.
