GREEN, George John (Retired C.N.R. Foreman) - At Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Sunday, April 17, 2005 after a courageous battle with cancer, George Green of Asphodel Heights, R.R. #3, Hastings in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Doreen Hyatt for 55 years. Dear father of Janet Hyatt of Barrie. Grandpa will be sadly missed by Ryan, Christina, Jamie, Kim and Kevin. Also survived by his great-grandson Ayden. Brother of Arthur and his wife Vivian of Hastings and Erma Darling and her husband Jack of Peterborough. Friends may call at the Brett "Hastings" Chapel, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday. Service Friday at 10:30 a.m. Reverend Jamie York officiating. Interment Trent Valley Cemetery.
