MacDONALD, Angus F. War Vet and Carpenter 86 years. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 21, 2005 at home. Beloved husband of the late Rita (nee Finn) (1983). Loving father of Keith, Bruce & Gail, Judy, Pam, Sue & Rick, Stewart & Marisa, Barry, Tom & Paul. Dear grandfather of Julie, Jeff, Jesse, David, Nick, Chris, Jessica, Kim, Wes, Thomas & Riley. Dear brother of the late Elizabeth Steele and the late Vincent. He will be sadly missed. Mr. MacDonald was a R.C.N. W.W. II Vet and a Member of the Windsor & Detroit Cape Breton Clubs. Visiting on Saturday 2-5; 7-9 and Sunday 2-5; 7-9 p.m. with parish prayers on Sunday 3:00 p.m. at Janisse Bros-Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Avenue, (253-5225). PLEASE NOTE: Friends are requested to meet the family at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Monday, April 25, 2005 for further visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Heavenly Rest Cemetery. A tree will be planted in memory of Angus MacDonald in the Janisse Bros-Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome.
