SIMPSON, Don 69 years, passed away, peacefully, Wednesday April 20, 2005 at Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus. Devoted husband of Bernice (Wiper). Beloved father of Bonnie McDermott and husband Don, Essex;, Gail Millson and husband John, Windsor; Jeff Simpson and wife Diane, Kingsville. Proud grandfather of Brad and Jenn, Jamie and Michelle, Dana and Jason, Erica and Matthew, Jody and Brad, Katie and Mark, John Jr., Theron, and Aubrey. Great Papa of Kelvin, Abby, Owen, Parker, and Brooke. Dear brother of Robert Simpson and wife Patricia , Leamington. Brother and sister-in-laws, many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive. Don was a former office manager at Armstrong Produce. He was an avid sports fan of the Leamington Flyers, Essex 73's and Essex Red Raiders. He also loved golf, spending summers as a ranger at Orchardview Golf Course. Special friends will remember his presence at Jack's Mini Mart in Leamington. Take a moment and remember a laugh you shared, a moment that made you smile. A Memorial Service to honour and celebrate Don's life, will be held Saturday April 23, 2005 at 2 p.m. from the First Baptist Church, 3 Fox Street, Leamington. Rev. Larry Forsyth officiating.
