Bohuslav KABRIEL

KABRIEL, Bohuslav (Sam) Peacefully at home on May 6, 2005 at the age of 85 while being cared for by his devoted daughter Helen. Predeceased by his most cherished wife of 56 years, Jarmila (2003) and daughter Jarmila Kabriel Lloyd (1997). Forever loved by his adoring grandchildren Marisa and Thessaly Lloyd of Ottawa, and Sam and Kabriel Lilly of Toronto. Loving father-in-law of Adam Lilly, and Mark Lloyd and wife Lisa. He will be greatly missed by numerous friends and relatives. Upon arriving in Canada from the Czech Republic in 1952, he joined Ford Motor Company and was a dedicated employee for 35 years. After retiring in 1987, he and his wife enjoyed travelling to various countries, spending summers in the Czech Republic, and touring throughout Canada and the US with their many visitors. An avid reader with an interest in international events, he could always be counted on for a lively debate. Special thanks to CCAC and the MacEachern family for their help and support. As per his wishes, cremation took place May 9, 2005. The urn will be taken to the Czech Republic where a private family service will be held.
