BONAFEDE, Trentino Reverend Trentino Bonafede, born in Sicily, Italy, August 7, 1925, passed into eternal life, on May 7, 2005, in Montevideo, Uruguay. He was the loving husband of Irma (nee Quintana), and his predeceased first wife of 56 years, Francesca (nee Cipolla)(2004). In 1948, Rev. Bonafede started his ministry preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ in Sicily, and then throughout Canada, U.S.A., Europe and wherever he went until the end of his life. He founded two churches in Argentina, and the Italian Pentecostal Church in Windsor. He was a retiree of Chrysler Canada & a member of the CAW Local 444. This dearest father is survived by, Nella and Juan Pallero, Rosa and Agostino Lodato, and Richard and Natalie Bonafede. Loving Nono to Jim and Renee Pallero and children, Dave Pallero, Rick Pallero, Lori Ann Lodato, and Linda and Bill Knowles. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 14th, from 7-9 p.m., and on Sunday, May 15th, from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held Monday, May 16th, at 10 a.m. at Janisse Bros.-Marcotte Funeral Home, 1139 Ouellette Ave., Windsor, (519) 253-5225. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. A tree will be planted in memory of Trentino Bonafede in the Janisse Bros.-Marcotte Heritage Forest. A memorial service will be held on September 25, 2005.
