Roger DELISLE

DELISLE, Roger 56 years, passed away suddenly on May 27, 2005 at Windsor Regional Hospital-Metropolitan Campus. Beloved wife of Sharon "Womon" of 31 years. Loving father of Lee-Anne of Ajax and Mark and fiancee Kathy of Tecumseh. Dear son of Bernadette and the late Donald. Brother of David, Denise, Mike and Susan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Roger retired from Daimler Chrysler after 36 years of service. Also, he enjoyed playing pool and drag racing. Roger was a man of few words who had a big heart. Cremation will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Marcotte Funeral Home & Chapel, Tecumseh (735-2830) . A private family interment of cremated remains will be held at St. Anne Cemetery at a later date. In kindness memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. A tree will be planted in memory of Roger DeLisle in the Marcotte Heritage Forest. A dedication service will be held September 25, 2005. All are welcome. Published in the Windsor Star on 5/28/2005.
