NICOLETTI, Maria (nee Garardo) Passed away Saturday, May 28, 2005, surrounded by her loving family, at Windsor Regional Hospital - Metropolitan Campus, at the age of 72 years. Beloved wife of Angelo Nicoletti. Cherished mother of Renata and husband Tony Soda, Philip and wife Miriana Nicoletti of Toronto, Lou and wife Joyce Nicoletti, and Lucy Nicoletti and husband David DeSantis. Cara Nonna to Matthew, Jacob, Jessica, Stephen, David, Tia, and Melissa. Loved sister and sister-in-law to Antonio and Teresa Garardo, Rosina and Orlando Prestia, Lucia and Giuseppe Commisso, Gaetano and Nunziata Garardo of Italy, Elio and Fernanda Garardo all of Italy, Mario and Vincenza Nicoletti, Lucia and Giuseppe Mazza of Italy, Luigi and Francesca Nicoletti, and Angelina Garardo, of Italy. Dear sister of the late Caterina and Francesco Garardo, both formerly of Italy. Cara Zia of many nieces and nephews. East, on Monday, May 30, 2005, from 2-5 & 7-9 p.m. Prayers Monday at 8:00 p.m. Funeral Service Tuesday, May 31, 2005, at 8:45 a.m. from the funeral home, then to St. Angela Merici Church for funeral mass at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemtery.
