KELCEY, Mr Francis Rea - At Bobcaygeon on Friday, May 27 2005 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Verna Bolton. Loving father of Frank and his wife Mary, Doug and his wife Annette and Bill and his wife Kim. Dear brother of Carmen Kelcey.
