Carole J. Finigan (née Campbell) September 04, 1942 - April 23, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Atlantic Funeral Home (Dartmouth) FINIGAN (Campbell), Carole J. - 62, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 23, 2005, at her home in Dartmouth. Born in Summerside, PEI, Carole grew up in Westphal. She was the eldest daughter of Sadie and the late Edwin Campbell, and loving wife of Phil and mother of Roger and Susan. Her love of family was unconditional and complete. Carole exemplified that love throughout her life, which takes most of us a lifetime to achieve. Befitting her epitaph, she succumbed bravely to a long illness shortly after a happy family gathering. She is survived by her devoted husband, Phil Finigan; children, Roger, Abu Dhahi, UAE; and Susan Sears, Fredericton, N.B.; mother, Sadie Mannette; sister, Eleanor (Balcom); brother, Allan Campbell; grandchildren, Gareth and Edward Finigan, Jamie and Brad Sears. She was predeceased by father, Edwin Campbell; brother, Clair Campbell. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bide Awhile Animal Shelter, Dartmouth.
