Mrs. Evelyn Joyce Forshner September 19, 1933 - April 26, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Campbell's Funeral Home Evelyn Joyce Forshner age 71, of Amherst passed away Tuesday, April 26, 2005 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Center, Upper Nappan, N.S. Born in River Hebert, she was a daughter of the late Billy and Pearl (Taylor) Theal. Evelyn enjoyed gardening, reading, doing her crosswords and crocheting and knitting. She enjoyed spending time with her cat, Askher. Evelyn is survived by two daughters Brenda Canning of Springhill and Peggy (Harvey) Scott of Ontario, two sons William (Bill) of Ontario and Jerry (Wilma) of River Hebert, one brother George (Barb) Theal of Maccan, 13 grandchildren Jerry, Jason and Timothy Canning, Steven Lucci, Billy Chapman and Evan Scott, Carla and David Forshner, Allan, Becky and Earl Forshner and Sabrina and Tracy MacKenzie, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Eldred and brother Sammy Theal and sister Margaret DeClara. Cremation will take place. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A private graveside service will be held at a later date. Donations in Evelyn's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Nova Scotia Lung Association. www.campbellsfh.com
