Suddenly in Varadero, Cuba best friend and husband of Jill for 44 years. Dear Dad of Lynn Sheppard (Pete) and Julie Prensler (Greg). Grandad to Peter and Amy Sheppard and Kyle Prensler. Predeceased by his grandson Matthew John Prensler (2003). John enjoyed life and always lived it to the fullest. He could be counted on for a smile when you entered the room, and a tear on his cheek when you left. He was a member of the Bricklayer and Mason Union Local 1, Hamilton for many years. At John’s request cremation has taken place.
