Annette Nowicki September 06, 1925 - April 02, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Evergreen Funeral Home It is with the deepest sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who died on April 2, 2005 at the age of 79. Left to cherish her memory are her 3 sons; Terry (Doreen), Jim (Rose) and Greg. She also leaves her four grandchildren and three great grandchildren, as well as numerous relatives and friends. Annette was predeceased by her son Richard, husband Bill Orletsky, and by 9 brothers and sisters. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., at the Evergreen Funeral Chapel, 16204 Fort Road, Edmonton, where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
