John Joseph Herald O'BRIEN

Mr. John Joseph Herald O'Brien September 11, 1924 - April 25, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Sands Funeral Chapel (Nanaimo) O’BRIEN, John Joseph Herald, born September 11, 1924, passed away peacefully in Nanaimo with his wife Evelyn Mary O’Brien and his three daughters; Marlean Alice Litton, Jeraldine Donna Siegal and Kathleen Kelly Plihal at his side. He is also survived by his sister Peggy Baillie, his brother Alan O’Brien and his five grandchildren: Casey, Kelly, Patrick, James and Samantha, as well as, his great grandchildren: Rachel, Brittainy, Amanda and Connor. He is dearly loved by us all and will always be with us in our hearts. A service of remembrance for John will be held on Friday April 29, 2005 at 4:30 pm at Sands Funeral Chapel, One Newcastle Avenue, Nanaimo with Pastor Fred Massey officiating. A reception will be held following the service. Flowers gratefully declined. For those so desiring, donations in memory of John may be made to the Cancer, Diabetic or Heart and Stroke Foundation.
