Percy Lucci POINTE DE BUTE, NB - It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Percy Lucci of Pointe de Bute, N.B. on the 11th of June 2005 at age 82. Born in Baie Verte, N.B. in 1923 and raised in Coburg, he was the son of Frank and Edith Lucci. He was a WWII Veteran serving with the 8th Heavy AntiAircraft Battery, 2nd Heavy Anti-Aircraft Regiment and a member of the Cape Tormentine Legion Branch 81. Percy is survived by his wife, Nancy and children, Carol Roberts (Lester) of Port Elgin, N.B., Gary of Amherst, N.S., Linda Burke (Larry) of Port Elgin, N.B., and Robert of Calgary, Alberta; and by several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, Bill and family; the families of his late brothers, Harry, Truman, Sylvester, Lawrence and Joe; and sister, Helen Scopie. Percy was unstoppable during his lifetime. He walked everywhere with purpose. He drove the local roads relentlessly visiting friends and family. He gardened with passion and could often be found in his garden from morning to night. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cape Tormentine Legion Tuesday, June 14, 2005 at 3:00pm.
