Born April 15, 1919, in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Leonard and Harriett Sarah (Page) Tully. She loved children and animals and enjoyed knitting, playing cards and doing word puzzles. Marion is survived by her daughters, Elsie (Buddy) Rogers, Saint Alban's, NL; Esther (Warren) Hoeg, Faye Boutilier (Hayward Strickland), Dartmouth; son, Stephen (Kim Richardson), Windsor Junction; sisters, Winnifred (Edward) Hiltz, Sambro; Vera (James) Wiswell, Halifax; 15 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law, Sharon Thomas, Admiral Rock; Anne Thomas, Halifax; Eileen Thomas, Ontario; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband, Robert Wesley Thomas; sons, Frank Michael, Ernest Wesley, Kenneth Leonard; stepson, Robert Archibald; sister, Lillian Sullivan; brothers, Ernest, Arthur, Charles and Harold Tully. Arrangements have been entrusted to Atlantic Funeral Home, 771 Main St., Dartmouth, where the funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Rev. Arthur Snow officiating. Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Lower Sackville. Family flowers only.
