BELLEFEUILLE, Violet (née Dokis) 1933-2005- Passed away peacefully at the West Nipissing General Hospital on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at the age of 71 years. Left to treasure her memory is her devoted husband of 50 years, Roger Sr. Bellefeuille. Cherished mother of Jane (the late Aimé Pilon) of Alliston; Carmen of North Bay, Pierrette (Gregory Stewart) of North Bay; Jim of Windsor; Roger Jr. (Charlene) of Field; Collette (partner Adolphe Wetu) of Ottawa; Suzanne of Toronto; Nicole (Adolphe Ankou) of Orléans; and Jean-Paul (Gisèle) of Chelmsford. She leaves a legacy of love to her 13 grandchildren: Claude, Yvon, Luc, Aimé Jr., Kara, Danielle, David, Michael, Nima, Dodji, Éli, Dayna and Dawn, and to her nine great-grandchildren: Gaston, Sylvain, Sierra, Jared, LaShaedon, Quinton, Brandon, MacKailey, and Michael Jr. Will be fondly remembered by her sister Carmain McQuabbie and her sister-in-law Mary-Ann Dokis. Predeceased by her father and mother, a daughter Florence; and her brothers and sister: Alex, Sylvester, St-Clair, Martina and Laurette. There will be visitation at the Théorêt Funeral Home for the immediate family only on Friday, January 28, 2005, from 2 to 4 p.m. and for relatives and friends from 7 to 9 p.m. The funeral mass will be celebrated by Reverend Jean-Claude Lefebvre at Ste-Rose-de-Lima Church in River Valley at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 29, 2005. Interment at River Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
