O'HARE, Dianne R. - Age 66 of 7645 North Lake Bluff 0.5 Drive, Gladstone, Michigan died Monday, February 14, 2005 at the Casa Grande General Hospital in Casa Grande, Arizona. Dianne was born February 14,1939 in North Bay. The daughter of John and Evelyn (Cummings) Gardiner and she was raised in North Bay. She was united in marriage to Kenneth O'Hare on October 10, 1964 in North Bay. Dianne worked for the Ontario Northern Railroad before she and Ken moved to Crystal Falls, Michigan in the late 1960's. While in Crystal Falls she worked as a legal secretary for the Cassanova and Ryan Law Firm in Crystal Falls. Dianne and Ken moved their family to Gladstone in 1979. Dianne was employed by the Butch-Quinn Law Firm in Escanaba where she was a legal secretary until her retirement in 1996. Following her retirement, they enjoyed spending the winter months in Arizona. Dianne was a member of All Saints Church in Gladstone and the Red Hat Society in Arizona. Her hobbies included knitting, bowling and cross stitching. She adored her grandchildren and loved spending time with them. In addition to her husband Kenneth, survivors include, two daughters, Cathy Nelson of Gladstone and Nancy (Daniel) Bailey of Marquette, Michigan. Three grandchildren, Sarah Nelson of Gladstone, Drew VanDrese and Addison Bailey of Marquette, Michigan. Two brothers, Keith (Susan) Robbins of Ontario, Canada and Bill (Sylvia) Allen of Oshawa, Ontario. One sister, Dorothy (James ) Ceresia of North Bay. One sister-in-law, Nancy Cliffe of Mississauga, Ontario. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Beloved dog, Casey at home. She was predeceased by her parents and a brother Jack Cliffe. Dianne's family will receive friends on Monday from 10 to 1p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Funeral services celebrating the life of Dianne R. O'Hare will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Skradski Funeral Home with Reverend Arnold Grambow of All Saints Church officiating. A luncheon will follow services at the All Saints Church Fellowship Hall. Burial will be in North Bay, Ontario at a later date. Memorial contributions in memory of Dianne may be directed to the American Diabetes Association or to the American Kidney Foundation, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
