MARMINO, Steve (1908 - 2005) - Peacefully at North Bay General Hospital, Scollard Site, Friday, April 15, 2005, Steve Marmino, beloved husband of the late Mary Marmino (Felice). Loving father of Antoinette of North Bay, Theresa (Peggy) Duffy (Paul, deceased) of North Bay, Estelle Scappatura (Frank) of Sudbury, Jim Marmino (Cathy) of North Bay and Diane Falcioni-Ricci of Mississauga (deceased, Richard Falcioni and Ben Ricci). Loved grandpa of David Duffy, Dr. Steven Duffy, Michael Duffy (Dawn-Marie), Bryan Duffy (Nancy), Mary Beth Duffy, Mary Anne Ricci, Chris Ricci (Dori), Steven Falcioni and Anthony Falcioni, Judy Griesi (Michael), Stephanie Koett (Greg), Angela Scappatura, Tara McGullam (Shane) and Rob Newman (Jane) and great-grandpa to six great-grandchildren. Lovingly remembered by brothers Pasquale (Agatha) of North Bay, Stellino (Gracia, deceased) of Italy and a sister Porzia (Pietro) of Italy and many nieces and nephews. Steve arrived in North Bay at the age of 17 and became known as a successful businessman. He operated several businesses before he retired at 46. Steve was a member and past President/Manager of the Davedi Italian Canadian Club. He was devoted to his family and many friends. Family receiving friends at the McGUINTY FUNERAL HOME, Saturday 7 to 9 and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Pro Cathedral of the Assumption, Monday at 10 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery.
