POIRIER, Laura (1935-2005) - C'est avec un profond regret que la famille annonce son décès le mercredi, 30 mars, 2005 à l'âge de 70 ans. Elle était l'épouse bien-aimée de feu Joseph Poirier. Elle laisse dans le deuil, sa chère maman, Émiliana Giguère de Sturgeon Falls ainsi que ses trois fils adorés, Luc (Lise) de Warren, Michel (Gabrielle) de Chelmsford, Maurice de Thamesford et une fille chérie, Diane (Patrick Blais) de Hearst. Elle ne sera jamais oubliée de sa soeur, Claire Labelle d'Azilda. Se souviendront également d'elle avec amour, ses six petits-enfants: Éric, Nathalie, Julie, Émilie, Sophie et Michel et ses deux arrière-petits-enfants, Noah et Nicholas. Son père, Alphonse, ses soeurs, Solange Papineau et Huguette St-Georges et ses frères, Lionel et Roger sont décédés auparavant. La famille accueillera parents et amis à la MAISON FUNÉRAIRE THÉORæT de Verner, le vendredi 1 avril de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. Le Révérend Michel Wabgou célébra la messe funéraire en l'église Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation de Lavigne le samedi 2 avril, 2005 à 11h. La famille désire exprimer sa gratitude la plus profonde au personnel compatissant du foyer pour personnes âgées, Au Château, ainsi qu'au Dr. Gilles Larocque pour leurs soins exceptionnels et leur bonté. En signes de condoléances, des dons à la Société canadienne de l'arthrite seraient appréciés. POIRIER, Laura (1935-2005) - Her family is sad to announce her passing on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at the age of 70 years. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Poirier. She leaves to mourn her loss, her cherished mother, Émiliana Giguère of Sturgeon Falls, her dear sons, Luc (Lise) of Warren, Michel (Gabrielle) of Chelmsford, Maurice of Thamesford, and her loved daughter, Diane (Patrick Blais) of Hearst. She will be sadly missed but never forgotten by her sister, Claire Labelle of Azilda. Her fond memory will live on forever in the hearts of her six grandchildren; Éric, Nathalie, Julie, Émilie, Sophie and Michel, and her two great-grandsons, Noah and Nicholas. She was predeceased by her father, Alphonse, two sisters, Solange Papineau and Huguette St-Georges, and two brothers, Roger and Lionel. The family will receive relatives and friends at the THÉORæT FUNERAL HOME in Verner, on Friday, April 1 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated by the Reverend Michel Wabgou on Saturday, April 2 at 11 a.m. in the Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation Church in Lavigne. The family would like to extend its most sincere gratitude to the compassionate personnel of the Au Château, Home for the Aged, and to Dr. Gilles Larocque for their exceptional care and kindness. Donations to the Canadian Arthritis Society would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
