Mrs. Winifred "Sunny" Aileen Boyce (née Campbell) January 05, 1919 - June 19, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Dodsworth & Brown Funeral Home (Ancaster Chapel) Passed away peacefully, with dignity and resolve, at St. Joseph's Hospital on June 19, 2005, in her 87th year. Loving mother of Graham and his wife Susan. Proud grandmother of Aisha, Glennis and Ayanna. Predeceased by her sisters Lucille and Leila in Georgetown, Guyana. Survived by her sister Vivienne Thorne and her husband Dr. Alfred Thorne and her nephew Hugh Campbell Thorne of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dear cousin of Dr. Arnold Bayley and his wife Jean, and Rene Bayley and Anita of Toronto, and Gerard Bayley and his wife Doreen of London, Ontario and all their respective families. Fondly remembered by cousins of the Massay family and many other friends in Canada, Guyana, the Caribbean, England and the U.S.A. At age 68, Sunny resigned from her last administrative position as Managing Director of Design and Graphics, Guyana Limited, to immigrate to Canada to live with her son and his family in Hamilton. Cremation has taken place. As per her wish, a Memorial Service will be held at the Jehovah's Witnessess Kingdom Hall, 57 Delaware St., Hamilton at a future date, to be announced. Visitation will be held at the DODSWORTH & BROWN Funeral Home, ANCASTER CHAPEL, 378 Wilson Street East (905-648-3852) on June 25th from 2-4 p.m. Donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
