Mrs. Elizabeth Mary Anne Ullock January 04, 1935 - June 23, 2005 Funeral arrangements by Memorial Funeral Home (London) Mom, Gram, Gramie, Elizabeth Mary Anne Ullock (nee Dewan) passed away Thursday, June 23, 2005 at L.H.S.C.-Westminster Campus. She will be loved and cherished by her children Richard and his wife Cindy, James and his wife Patricia, Joe and his wife Dawn, Wayne, Colleen and her husband Gary, Jean and her husband Paul, Judie and her friend Kwai. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Michael, Gary jr., David, Shaun, Carlyan, Ryan, Jarred, Joshua and Cody. Anne was predeceased by her husband Kenneth Ullock (1990), her parents, 4 brothers, and 3 sisters. Anne will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. She will be loved, remembered and always in our hearts. A special thanks to her friend Norma and all the staff on the 5th floor of the L.H.S.C. The family will receive friends and relatives at Forest Lawn Memorial Chapel, 1997 Dundas Street East (at Wavell), London for visitation on Sunday from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be on Monday, June 27, 2005 at 11 am. Interment at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CCU at L.H.S.C. would be gratefully appreciated.
